1 | CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
Do I need an account to place an order on artcanvas.com?
We do not require you to have a website account or user name when you place an order with us although its highly recommended. When you create an account on our site it provides you with additional features allowing you to track your order, re-order without having to re-enter all of your information and curate your own art collection to compare and choose from during your online shopping.
How can I reset my artcanvas.com password?
Please click on “Sigh In or Create an Account” link at the upper left of your screen. You will be taken to our login screen where you can click on “Forgot Your Password?” and follow the instructions to reset your account password.


2 | ORDERS
How do I place an order?
Ordering art from us is fast and easy! After you've found that perfect canvas, select your desired “Number of Panels”, choose your size and choose your depth of .75” or 1.5”. Than click the orange “Add to Cart” button. This step will add product to your Shopping Cart, which you can access on the top right corner our website.
Once you're in the Shopping Cart page, click “Proceed to Checkout” and continue to fill out your shipping address and payment information. Click on "Place Order" to complete your purchase.
If you have an account, please log into it prior or during the checkout process. If you do not have an account with us, you can create one during the checkout process. Please call us at +1 (800) 406-2310 if you need further assistance.
How do I track my order?
With each order you will receive an order email containing your ordered product tracking information. In addition, you can log into your artcanvas.com account and view your order history and tracking information.
When will my order be delivered?
Every canvas we offer is handmade for our customers typically within 1-2 days of ARTCANAVAS receiving the order. Most canvas orders leave our facility within a 24 hours hour time frame and are shipped using Ground Shipping methods with primarily FedEx. It can take 3-7 business days for your order to arrive once it leaves the ARTCANVAS. Shipping times are vary based on the distance between ARTCANVAS and your specified “Ship To” address. Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days from purchase date.

When will I receive tracking information?
Orders typically ship within 24-48 hours of an order being placed. When we ship the order your tracking information is sent to you via email. If you have not received this email please contact us and we will work with you to confirm the status of your order and locate your tracking number if you order has been processed and shipped out.
What's your return policy?
We'll happily take back any items within 30 days of purchase. For more information, visit our Easy Returns / Exchanges page.
Where is my refund?
To start the refund process please contact us first so we can provide you with a RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). If your order qualifies for a refund, we process the refund as soon as your return has been received at our warehouse. It may take additional 1-3 business days of processing time for the Credit Card companies to credit the amount back to your account.
Can I change an order?
You sure can. Just give us a call at +1 (800) 406-2310 and tell us what needs to be changed in regards to your order. Please note we can only make changes before your order has been shipped.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, you can request to cancel your order as long as it hasn't yet shipped. If you want to cancel a shipped order please contact us and we will work with you to find a acceptable resolution.


3 | SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Can I change the delivery address?
Yes, as long as the order has not yet shipped. Please give us a call at +1 (800) 406-2310 and we will update your shipping address.
How are your canvases packaged?
All of our canvases are packaged into safe sturdy boxes with protective foam corners that help avoid damage during transit.
Do you ship internationally?
We can ship the canvas to you if you are not located in the USA. Please call our helpful staff and they will provide you with a custom quote. International shipments may or may not have additional duties associated with the shipment of the canvas to your international location.


4 | PAYMENT
What payment methods does ARTCANVAS accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) through our SSL-secured payment gateway and PayPal.
When will I be charged?
You will be charged at the “checkout” step of your order process prior to shipping.
Will I be charged tax with my order?
ARTCANVAS is located in Illinois and therefore must collect and pay IL state tax for orders shipping to Illinois. All other orders are not charged any taxes.
Is paying online secure?
Your protection is one of our highest priorities. Shopping with us is safe and worry free on our SSL-secured website. We utilize a reliable PCI-compliant payment processing platform used by hundreds of thousands of online merchants like Uber, Yelp, Airbnb, StubHub and others that handles over 4 billion transactions per year and processes payments of more than 235 million online shoppers.


5 | ORDER ISSUES, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
My artwork is damaged, defective or I received wrong item or size. What do I do?
If your artwork did not arrive in perfect condition or you received the wrong item, visit our Easy Returns / Exchanges page for more information on how to begin a Return/Exchange process, or simply call us at +1 (800) 406-2310 and we will work on quickly processing your request.
Is my package insured?
Yes! We will refund or replace any items you are not 100% satisfied with. In the event your package is lost during transit or stolen, please contact us at +1 (800) 406-2310 to speak with our helpful staff.


6 | CANVAS
How are your canvases made?
All of our canvases are Giclee printed on premium artist-grade canvas using the finest quality genuine Epson fade and UV resistant inks. We than take printed canvas and professionally hand-stretch it around .75" or a 1.5" deep sustainable, non-warping real wood frame created from American Honey Pine.
Are your canvases Giclee quality?
Yes, we produce very high-quality prints on a top-of-the-line printer known for its outstanding print quality.
Are dimensions listed in inches?
Yes, all product dimensions including length, width and depth are listed in inches.
Can I order a custom size?
The sizes and dimensions listed on individual product pages will be the only sizes available for that product. If you are looking for a custom canvas or a custom size please reach out to us at +1 (800) 406-2310 and we will try to fulfill your custom request.
Are the colors shown on my monitor accurate to how the image will print?
The colors will be close or identical, but we cannot guarantee 100% that your canvas will look exactly as you see it on your monitor. All monitors display colors differently because all monitors have brightness, saturation, Gamma and additional settings that are calibrated differently based on the user's preferences. In addition, monitors are backlight and there a light that shines through the images they display while a printed canvas does not. We promise to produce a beautiful quality canvas for you but if you are not completely satisfied with the way your canvas turned out please contact us and we will work on a satisfactory resolution.
Can I buy the digital images of art I see selling on ARTCANVAS.com?
We are unable to sell digital copies of the artwork we offer for sale on canvas.


7 | CANVAS INSTALLATION AND CARE
How do I hang my canvas?
Our canvases come with Free hanging hardware along with Installation + Care Guide that includes information to get you through the simple installation process. If you have any question regarding this process please reach out to us at support@artcanvas.com or call our toll free number.
How do I clean my canvas?
Your canvas only needs occasional light dusting. Please use a feather duster or a soft piece of cloth and carefully wipe the canvas. Be sure not to press heavily on the front of the canvas during this process.
Can I put my canvas in a sunroom?
Of course, just make sure it is in an enclosed sunroom and will not be directly exposed to sunlight or other weather elements.
Can I hang my canvas in a bathroom?
Yes! All of our canvases are made with water-resistant ink. The canvas can be safely hung in your bathroom or near a water source.

How fast will my order be processed?
ARTCANVAS typically ships the orders from our factory within 24-48 hours. Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS and USPS and will arrive at your door within 3-7 business days depending on your shipping address.
How can I track my order?
Your order tracking number will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours once your order is marked as shipped in your fulfillment system.
How safe is your packaging?

Is my order and shipment insured?
Yes, we offer FREE insurance to all our customers on all canvas order they place with us. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged we will provide you a refund or replacement free of charge. Your 100% satisfaction is our number one priority.

Easy Returns / Exchanges

More than anything, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

If you aren't satisfied, you can switch out your artwork for a different design or return it to us within 30 days of purchase. If your return is eligible for free return shipping we will provide you with a free shipping label to send the art back to us.
Order Changes & Cancellation


Can I change or cancel my order after I place it?
We work fast and hard as soon as you place your order. If you need to alter or cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please call us ASAP at 1 (800) 406-2310 and a representative will be happy to help.
Can I change or cancel my order if it has been shipped or delivered?
If your order has already shipped, we cannot alter or cancel it. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page for further information.
Do I qualify for ARTCANVAS' FREE Return Shipping Policy?
We offer free return shipping on most the canvas sizes we offer. Free return shipping is not available on the following canvas sizes: 60"x40" 1-Panel, 72"x24" 1-Panel and 90"x60" 3-Panel. If you would like to return a canvas of this size back to us and would like to use to send you a shipping label we can fulfill your request. If we provide you with a return shipping label for these large-size canvases we will deduct the cost of the return label from the refund amount owed. We will also inform you prior to creating the label about how much it will cost to ship the art back to ARTCANVAS.
How soon will I get my refund?
We process your refund as soon as your return has been received at our warehouse. It may take additional 1-3 business days of processing time for the Credit Card companies to credit the amount back to your account.

You may opt-out of receiving promotional emails from us at any time.
You agree to receive text messages from us. You agree that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are the sole owner of the account and mobile device, or you have permission to use the mobile device from its respective owner. You acknowledge that you take full responsibility for any extra charges from your mobile service provider.

You agree that it is solely your choice to create a user account with our Services. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and private, and for restricting access to your personal computer, mobile device, or through any other platform you use to log into your account. You accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to verify the email associated with your account, otherwise, access and use of your account and/or purchasing our products may become limited. Guest accounts may or may not be offered as an alternative to purchasing goods from our Services, and may or may not offer tracking information.

6 | PRODUCTS
We do our absolute best to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions. However, we do not warrant or make any claims that our product descriptions or content offered through our Services is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product you purchased from us is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in an unused condition for a full refund.
7 | ORDER ACCEPTANCE + BILLING
You agree that any form of payment you use to purchase content from us belongs to you, or that you have permission to use the payment method. You agree that all billing and shipping information you provide is truthful and accurate. If you provide false billing and shipping information, you breach our Terms and we reserve the right to cancel your order(s).
We may or may not request more information from you before accepting an order. Generally, we charge you when your order is placed through artcanvas.com or when an order has been placed over the phone.
8 | PRICING + CANCELLATIONS
We cannot confirm the price of any item or content offered through our Services until you place an order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of products may be mispriced. This can occur when and if we make changes to a price while you are using our Services at the same time.
If the correct price of a sold item is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or we will cancel your order and notify you of the cancellation.
vYou agree to acknowledge that you can cancel any order before, and never after, it has shipped.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. In such an event, we will return all applicable monetary amount(s) to you.
9 | RETURNS
If your item arrives to your home or business in less than satisfactory condition, please contact us at support@artcanvas.com
During the return process, ARTCANVAS does not take actions related to monetary refunds until your item(s) arrive back at our warehouse. We may or may not offer refunds depending on specific item and order details.

10 | RISK OF LOSS
All purchases you make from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract made with FedEx and other shipping suppliers. We do not claim liability for financial damage that may occur because of a non-timely arrival from a third party courier, or any lack of availability of the product.
11 | SALES TAX
Items shipped to addresses in Illinois are subject to sales tax. Items shipped to all other states may or may not incur a sales tax. We reserve the right to charge you sales tax if you order is shipping outside of Illinois, according to local, state, and federal laws.
No sales tax is charged for purchasing a gift certificate aka “digital” gift card.
If you are not charged tax, your purchase is not necessarily exempt from tax. Your state may or may not require you to report all purchases that were not taxed and to pay tax on those purchases. Refer to your state law for further information.
12 | APPLICABLE LAW
By using our Services, you agree that the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable law, and Illinois state law, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and ARTCANVAS Inc.
13 | LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We reject any and all liability for harm inflicted from directly or indirectly using our Services. We cannot fully guarantee that our Services, servers, or email from any of our employees are free from viruses, trojans, or other harmful elements.
14 | DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
All Services provided by ARTCANVAS are on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not make any representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation and functionality of our Services. You agree that your use of ARTCANVAS and its Services is at your sole risk. You agree that any information you share, send, or receive during your use of our Services may not be secure and may be intercepted by unauthorized parties. You agree that no ARTCANVAS entity is responsible for any loss or damage to your property or data that results from any materials you access or download from our Services.
15 | INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold ARTCANVAS harmless from and against any and all liabilities, claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys' fees and costs, arising from or related to your misuse of our Services or any breach by you of our Terms. We reserve the right, at our expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you and, in any case. You agree to cooperate with ARTCANVAS if and as requested by ARTCANVAS in the defense and settlement of such matter.
16 | DISPUTES
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of ARTCANVAS and its services will be resolved by binding arbitration, rather than in court. The Federal Arbitration Act and federal arbitration law apply to this agreement.
Arbitration has no judge or jury. Court review of an arbitration award is limited. However, an arbitrator can award the same damages and relief as a court (including injunctive and declaratory relief or statutory damages) and must follow our Terms as a court would.
You agree to acknowledge that you can opt-out of arbitration and instead assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.
We each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, we each waive any right to a jury trial. We also both agree that you or we may bring suit in court to enjoin infringement or other misuse of intellectual property.
To begin an arbitration proceeding, you must send a letter requesting arbitration and describing your claim to 5741 West Howard St. Niles, IL 60714. Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its rules, including the AAA's Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes. The AAA's rules are available at www.adr.org. Payment of all filing, administration, and arbitrator fees will be governed by the AAA's rules. We will reimburse fees for claims totaling less than $10,000 unless the arbitrator determines the claims are frivolous. You may choose to have the arbitration conducted by telephone, based on written submissions, or in person in the county where you live or at another mutually agreed on location.

If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition(s).
18 | CHANGES
We reserve the right to make any changes to our Terms and all policies, including our Privacy Policy. Any changes will immediately take effect as soon as they are posted. We reserve the right to contact you about any changes, if at all, either before or after they are implemented. Any changes will apply to old, new, and existing users of our Services and will replace previous terms, conditions, rules, and policies.

We do not share your personal information with anyone who is not either part of or affiliated with ARTCANVAS. We may provide your personal information to our advertising agents to equip our Services with better and more personalized ads geared toward existing and prospective visitors and users of our Services. We may send you information regarding special Services from us or our affiliates from time to time, whether by post or email.
