How can I track my order?
Your order tracking number will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours once your order is marked as shipped in your fulfillment system.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You can create an account or make purchases on ARTCANVAS.com as a guest. Creating a free account on our site does provide with great additional features like order lookup and history, saving artworks you like to favorites and other site options only available after a user account is created.
How easy is it to hang the canvas?
Installation is fast and easy! All of our canvases come with an Installation + Care Guide to help you install your new art. All the necessary hanging hardware is included with each canvas purchase.
Can I change my order after I place it?
You sure can. If you need to alter or cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please call us at 1 (800) 406-2310 and a representative will be happy to help.
How fast will my order be processed?
We work fast and hard as soon as your order is placed to get your artwork out the door and in your hands. ARTCANVAS typically ships the orders from our factory within 1-2 business days. Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS and USPS and will arrive at your door within 3-7 business days depending on your shipping address.
How safe is your packaging?

Is my order and shipment insured?
Yes, we offer FREE insurance to all our customers on all canvas orders they place with us. If your package is lost, stolen or damaged we will provide you a refund or replacement free of charge. Your 100% satisfaction is our number one priority.
